• In addition to the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, your purchase is covered by CNP Brands Standard Warranty.
• If a product is received with defect in the workmanship or material, or a defect should appear through normal commercial use within a reasonable period CNP Brands will provide a repair or replacement at their cost.
• Should your product have a defect, please contact us with relevant images and evidence and CNP Brands will arrange for return and inspection before deciding upon a repair or replacement at their sole discretion.
• The Standard Warranty terms do not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Failure to follow assembly or usage instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Inadequate maintenance
  • Chemical or electrical influences or,
  • Abrasive cleaners used on product finishes.
