Product Note: Acacia wood is very durable. However, due to the manufacturing techniques used in the Primavera range, there may be a light film of dust in the packaging and some light wood surface scratches. Please use a damp cloth to wipe down the furniture. This is not deemed a fault.
Delivery Notes: All Primavera itesm will delivered to the front door loaded on a pallet, to ensure the goods arrive safely. These items will be strapped to ensure the item/s arrive in optimum condition. It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including any pallet.
WARRANTY POLICY
Our warranty policy covers the replacement or repair of any good supplied by Living by Design that has a defect. It does not include defects that arise as the result of normal wear and tear, or which are a natural characteristic of the material used to produce the good. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered.
This Warranty does not apply to any good that has been sold as seconds, floorstock, goods that are repaired, or goods that have a defect where this has been drawn to the your attention before the purchase of the good. Further exclusions from this Warranty apply in relation to:
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 7 days change of mind return policy. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
