DIRECTIONS:
1. Use each time you pour & store
2. Put the tip of the extension tube inside the neck of the bottle against the glass. Tube use insures maximum protection
3. Spray one long (1 sec.) and 4 short bursts into 750ml bottle. Larger bottles require additional sprays—add one long spray for each larger size
4. Re-cork immediately & store upright
WHY PRIVATE PRESERVE WORKS:
Private Preserve is a simple way to slow the natural aging process and keep wines fresher longer. Air flows into a bottle when you pop the cork. Simply reinserting the cork will prevent a continuous flow of oxygen from entering the bottle and thus slow the oxidation of the contents. But the oxygen already inside will be enough to age the contents unless you spray in some Private Preserve.
PRIVATE PRESERVE replaces the air in a bottle with a balanced mixture of three gases* we naturally breathe. Private Preserve differs from fresh air because of what it lacks, oxygen and impurities.
Similar to how low temperatures keep food fresh longer in refrigerators, pumping Private Preserve into a bottle results in low oxygen levels and so keeps whatever is in the bottle fresh longer.
*Carbon dioxide, Nitrogen and Argon
HOW WE USE PRIVATE PRESERVE - There are no rules. But, here are some ideas.
1. We always like to have a can of Private Preserve handy.
2. We generally spray in a few shots of Private Preserve after the first pour.
3. We do not decide if we will “finish the bottle” until we pour the last glass. We may drink only one glass and save the rest for another time. Or, we may drink most of a bottle and save only one glass. Either way, with Private Preserve we are confident that every glass we save will still be delicious.
4. We use Private Preserve to get to know a wine better in two ways. By opening one bottle on two occasions and comparing how it tastes with different foods. And by opening two bottles on one occasion and comparing how they taste.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
