This superb low profile stainless steel machine features a vacuum speed control with gentle and normal speeds delivering options for dry and moist food plus a marinate function. The bag materials are BPA-free and suitable for the long, slow, low temperature cooking sous vide style and together with the containers, are freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe.
