There's no need to sculpt or cure under UV light avoiding potential damage to the natural nail. ProDip powders are odourless and lightweight for comfortable applications and extended wear. ProDip can be used over the entire nail to create a shield from cracks or splits. Your natural nails are protected to continue to grow underneath. Removing ProDip is easy and effortless, with a quick 10 minute soak-off time.

Instructions

  1. Using a 180-grit file, shape the nail and lightly buff the shine from the nail plate
  2. Select desired colour of ProDip Powders and pour into disposable dipping trays, using separate trays for each color.
  3. Apply one coat of ProDip Prep to each finger and allow it to dry
  4. Apply a coat of ProDip Base to the entire nail Dip entire finger into selected ProDip coloured powder. Repeat on all 10 nails.
  5. Dust off excess powder with a dry SuperNail Cleansing Wipe. Repeat the dipping process on all 10 nails . Apply a generous amount of ProDip Activator to all 10 nails, making sure to cap the free edge.
  6. File and shape all nails and buff smooth. Using a dry SuperNail Cleansing Wipe, remove dust from all nails.
  7. Re-apply the ProDip Activator on all 10 nails.
  8. Apply a coat of the ProDip Finish Gel to one hand only and immediately apply a second coat of ProDip Finish Gel to that same hand. Do not over-brush the second coat €” limit to three strokes per nail. Repeat on the other hand. Let the Finish Gel dry for two minutes before applying ProDip Cuticle Oil.

Alternative application: Apply a thin coat of the ProDip LED/UV Gel Sealant to four nails of one hand, making sure to cap the free edge. Place hand in LED or UV lamp and cure for 30 seconds in LED or three minutes in UV. There is no need to cleanse the nails afterwards. Repeat this step on the other four fingers of the other hand and on thumbs.

Where your item needs to be sent via courier, we will require your phone number. We cannot book courier deliveries without a valid daytime phone number for the recipient.

All Dangerous Goods are shipped through a specialised and dedicated Dangerous Goods Road Service.

Please note - Items designated as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via an express or air carrier delivery services, which may result in additional transit days for regional or remote areas.

Colour Disclaimer

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display colours. Please keep in mind that the actual colour may view differently on your screen. If the item has a colour swatch, we have in most cases professionally edited and colour matched to the range, please use them as a guide only. If you need any clarification, please contact us prior to purchasing. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied with the colour, you can send it back using our returns policy - please note that we cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened.

Delivery Failures

In the event a consignment is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided by you

  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant

  • You were unavailable to sign for delivery

  • You refused the delivery

  • The courier could not access the property

  • You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left

A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by The Beauty Domain to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.

WARRANTY POLICY

All electrical products come with an Australian/New Zealand compliant plug (AS/NZS 3112) and a minimum of 12 months warranty. Please see each product page for specific warranty information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

1. You changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or decided you don't like the product

  • We offer a 30 day return policy in these situations. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for a refund only of the original purchase price, excluding original delivery costs, and less a $10 administration and restocking fee which covers original packaging costs including labour.
  • All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Except for faulty products, items which have been opened will not be accepted for return. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by you and are non-refundable.
  • Products sold as part of a promotion, products listed as non-returnable, and cosmetics, topical application or personal use products that have been opened but are not faulty are excluded from this change of mind return policy, and cannot be returned.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing something

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • All claims for damaged items must be made within a reasonable amount of time since receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
  • Please take photographs of any damage and contact us via your myDeal account before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.

3. The item is faulty

  • Should your product be faulty, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you).
  • To return a faulty product, you will need to pay for postage to return it to us in the first instance. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. If we don't receive the product for any reason, we won't be able to assist you further. Please make sure you get a receipt and keep it handy. Once we have received the product, and confirmed it is faulty, we will reimburse you for what it cost you to return it to us, based on your receipt (or if you've lost the receipt, the face value of postage shown on the parcel if it's been returned via Australia Post). 
  • Where a returned product is found not to be faulty, a redelivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to sending it back to you. If we agree on a refund instead of redelivering a non-faulty product, we may deduct postage charges already paid by Hair & Beauty Co to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
