Model: GFC3000
ProQ Gravity Feed Smokers GFC3000 have been developed and designed to bring a viable solution to commercial BBQ in the Australian Hospitality environment. Ease of use coupled with extremely economical operation makes the ProQ GFC series a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
Designed to create authentic low and slow BBQ using charcoal rather than electric or gas and can run up to 28 hours at desired temperature and give an unmistaken flavour by using charcoal or wood as fuel. The thick insulation and the ball valve control gives you a 'set and forget' experience giving you the opportunity to walk away knowing the smoker is doing all the work.
These smokers come with hopper capacities of: 10-12kg(GFC2150), 12-14kg (GFC3000), and 14-16kg (GFC4200) for lump wood charcoal, ensuring you'll have at least enough to last you the night, and with a 2' thick insulation all around, plus a ball valve air control which is basically 'set and forget'. The smallest unit runs for a full 28 hours at 225F/110C on one full load of lump wood charcoal.
Made in the E.U. to the highest quality standards. The door on each smoker is fully insulated, and fitted with heavy duty slam latches, which are fully adjustable to keep the heat in as the seal wears over time (the seal is also easily replaceable). Large, heavy duty wheels and tie down rings also make the units easy to move around and transport when needed. Each smoker has the capacity for 9 grill grates (5 provided), giving you the space and flexibility to suit your needs.

A large number of BBQ Spit Rotisseries' products are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Some even come with a 24 month warranty such as Flaming Coals branded rotisserie motors. Please refer to the product's description to check if a warranty is provided for the product.
The product warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of being dropped, exposed to the elements, tampering, mishandling or mis-use such as excessive fire or a motor not being counter-weighted. Stainless steel is not immune to rusting/pitting and is therefore not covered under warranty.
Charcoal pans inside spit roasters are designed to take the brunt of the heat to protect the structural integrity of the spit roaster body. Due to the extreme heat generated when cooking with briquettes/charcoal, some bending of the pan is inevitable and will occur regardless of the thickness of the steel. This is not covered under warranty.
All BBQ Spit Rotisseries' products have been tested and deemed suitable for domestic use only. Using these products commercially voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover postal cost, insurance, incidental charges or any other loss incurred.
