It also easy to make with 90mL Prosecco, 60mL Aperol, 30mL Soda Water.

Aperol x 1 :

The name says it all: Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour, it has a unique taste, thanks to the secret recipe, which has never been changed, with infusions of selected ingredients including bitter and sweet oranges and many other herbs (including rhubarb) and roots in perfect proportions.

Maschio Prosecco x 1 :

Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is clean, crisp and fruit-driven. A sure win around a good cheese plate at any party, or at any night of the week.

The Killer Prosecco x 1 :

Brilliant musk and strawberry sherbet flavors are balanced with crisp acid-driven apple flavour and a super fine bead.

Brown Brothers Prosecco x 1 :

It has a straw colour with subtle green hues. A delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes.

De Bortoli Prosecco Prosecco x 1 :

Pale with green hues. Fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria. It tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles that we call ‘bead’.

Maschio Called'oro Prosecco x 1 :

This is a beautifully fresh and well-balanced Prosecco with plenty of enticing flavours of pear and peach. Soft, gentle bubbles carry light, floral notes across the palate. Fantastic with foods such as aromatic prawns or mussels.
