While the Provence can be used without the heating feature for simple mood or stylistic purposes, it also offers 2 levels of heating (high and low) to heat any room. Additionally, Provence Electric Fireplace requires a simple installation with easy step by step instructions.

The flames deliver the same relaxing effect of real flames, without the smell or mess, and they look great in any room of the house. With the 5 flame brightness settings offered by provence, ranging from a dim glow to a full fire blaze, you have the power to adjust the flame intensity based on your desired mood or lighting of the room with the control features on your unit's remote.
MULTIPLE FLAME COLOURS
To create the cozy atmosphere of a traditional fireplace, this electronic unit emits authentic-looking flames that emulate a real fire. The flames that provence fireplaces create are natural enough to have friends and family think you own a traditional wood burning fireplace. This fireplace has three color-changing options (orange, blue, and blue-orange), along with four settings, from a soft ember glow or an intense blaze. The lighting and heating options of this fireplace offer you the ability to customize your atmosphere to your liking. With both its look and performance, provence gives you the total package. Both the heat and flame settings can be operated through a remote control.
YES, IT DOES HEAT YOUR ROOM
Offering both a high and low heat setting, the Provence is designed to heat a room up to 40 square meter. You will find that the heat and style of your electric fireplace combined with your home primary heating will offer just the right amount of warmth and ambiance for a cozy atmosphere. You can control your electric fireplace heat setting by using the unit remote control or by simple using the control options on the side of the fireplace. The Provence also gives you the option of using the built in timer to control the heat settings so that you have the ability to time the fireplace heat duration for up to 7.5 hours.
MOUNTING AND USE
The Provence 100" electric fireplace offers two installation options. Although it is essentially designed for insertion in your wall, it can also be mounted on your wall. Instructions for mounting and install come with the fireplace, and we recommend you follow the simple instructions provided.

NOTE: Our carriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery*. The standard delivery service does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement or removal of packaging.
*HEAVY OR OVERSIZED ITEMS: Due to OH&S requirements, drivers will need assistance to carry items from the vehicle to the ground floor door of your home or building for any items designated as heavy or oversized. For delivery addresses that have limited access or are not on the ground floor, we suggest getting the help of family, friends or a neighbour to assist bringing your items inside.

WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 12 months warranty on all products used in private household situations. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser where the products are delivered to an Australian delivery address and remain in Australia. This warranty is not transferable.
If your product is determined to be faulty, we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We will choose whether to repair or replace that part or product.
If any item or product is returned to us for refund, repair, or replacement, you must return it to us, at your own cost, and ensure that the item or product is properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We will not be responsible for any damage to the item or product during transit.
If, after examining or assessing the item or product, we determine that there has been no breach of our warranty:
This warranty will not apply in circumstances where:
* Fabrics, cushioning and filling will show signs of wear and tear with use. Fabrics and leathers will fade and crease. Foam and fillings will soften and form to the shape of the user over time. Depending on the covering and degree of use, the covering and cushion fillings may need to be replaced periodically at the purchaser’s expense. Scars, marks and differing pore density and colour are natural characteristics of leather and not to be considered defects. We reserve the right to determine at its discretion whether a component has failed due to a defect or wear and tear.
30-DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us).
When returning goods, items must be placed in its original packaging. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you received free postage with your item, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in 'new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact. The item is NOT used, worn or damaged, and is in 100% re-saleble condition when we receive it. Items not return in their original packaging, subjected to damage whilst in transit, soiled or generally not in its original condition when returned will not have the full amount refunded.
Please note that items requiring assembly need to be disassembled and placed back into original packaging to be eligible for a return under this guarantee. If you want to check a colour or feature of your product, please do this in a way that does not require assembly. If we accept a return in packaging other than the original packaging, at our discretion, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 will apply. In such cases, you would be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged in a manner that would prevent damage during transit.
For all ethanol fireplaces that have been tested and used, we are happy to refund you the cost of the item LESS the cost of the burner ($60). If you are unhappy with the product, please do not use it as once the burner has been lit, it is not re-saleable.
Due to health & hygiene regulations we can only accept mattresses, mattress toppers and bed sheets returned in unopened and sealed packaging.
