We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

This product arrived in a timely manner, the packaging was slightly damaged but the bubble wrap had saved the white leather from sustaining any significant marks. There is one difference in the chair design that isn't depicted in the photos of the product on the website and that is that the pocket for the remote control does not hang from the arm rest but from the base of the seat, this does not make any difference to the comfort or the quality of the product but is a visual difference. the other thing to note is that the massage points are vibrations only and are not rolling massagers like chairs in the middle of shopping centers or nail shops. Be prepared and have 2 x AAA batteries on hand for your delivery as the remote is required to operate the massage function. All in all a great product and i am looking forward to my dining chair arriving on monday hopefully.
