Change of mind returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 7 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Change of mind return or exchanging, the goods must be in unused conditions and original packaging.

Warranty Policy:
All products purchased from us include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 6- 12 months warranty. Arrival damages or missing parts need to be reported in 7days from the delivery date. You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damages in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. If the customer refuses replacement parts then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund less freight charges. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
