Coated with a stone-like non-stick finish, the surface is hardwearing and abrasion resistant, keeping up with the daily pace of your kitchen and the heat resistant glass lid offers a clear view with heat retention while cooking and steaming. Two wide set handles keep hands clear of heat and offer a comfortable, well balanced grip. The heavy gauge construction conducts heat evenly on all stovetops including induction and the wok can also be used in the oven to 180° . Your family sized wok is dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended to keep it in as-new condition.
