Browning and caramelising meats is quick and even with the inclusion of a 5mm impact bonded base helping you develop layers of flavour and cook like a professional.Once the handle is locked closed pressure builds and the safety valve in the lid handle prevents the pot from being opened giving you peace of mind as you cook on any cooktop including induction.
