Operating at high or low pressure to suit your recipes and ingredients the pan has a 5mm impact bonded base for even browning and caramelisation helping you develop layers of flavour and cook like a professional.Once the handle is locked closed pressure builds and the safety valve in the lid handle prevents the pressure cooker from being opened giving you peace of mind as you cook on any stovetop including induction.
