Coated with a stonelike nonstick finish the cooking surface is hardwearing and abrasion resistant. The offset handle keeps hands clear of heat and offers a comfortable well balanced grip.The heavy gauge base conducts heat evenly on all stovetops including induction and the pan can also be used under the grill or in the oven to 180deg. Your crepe pan is dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended to keep it in asnew condition.
