Coated with a stonelike nonstick finish the surface is hardwearing and abrasion resistant keeping up with the daily pace of your kitchen and the heat resistant glass lid offers a clear view with heat retention while cooking and steaming. Two wide set handles keep hands clear of heat and offer a comfortable well balanced grip.The heavy gauge construction conducts heat evenly on all stovetops including induction and the wok can also be used in the oven to 180deg . Your family sized wok is dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended to keep it in asnew condition.
