INDIVIDUAL POCKET SPRINGS: The key aspect to the Pocket Spring construction is the minimizing of ‘Partner Disturbance’. This is the movement created across the mattress when you or your partner moves getting in and out of bed or with tossing and turning. Due to their individual coil construction, pocket springs intrinsically absorb this ‘disturbance’ directly underneath the sleeper instead of spreading it across the bed.
VISCO ELASTIC MEMORY FOAM: This is a temperature sensitive foam that is more viscous than traditional foam. Once your body warmth is in contact with its surface, the visco reacts and accepts your body’s pressure points and positions you in a gravity friendly state. During the period specified by the warranty from the date of your purchase of this product, we will repair or replace the defective product if the defect is found to be caused by faulty workmanship or materials under a valid warranty claim.
This warranty covers the following specific manufacturing faults under conditions of normal wear. (Specifically: A) Coils or wires that are loose or broken. B) Coils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabric. C) MAJOR sagging or indentation.
Mattress must be continuously supported by an appropriate bed frame. For queen or king size mattresses, an appropriate bed frame includes at least five legs and a rigid centre support that extends from the frame to the ground. For slat bed frames, the gap between the slats must be smaller than the slats themselves.
This warranty does not cover the following: A) Wear and tear of mattress fabric or stitching. B) Mattress noise. C) Mattress firmness. D) Handles (where fitted). E) Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation or bed frame. F) Minor manufacturing anomalies that do not impact the performance of the bed (eg. mis-stitching on quilting). G) Damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect including folding, bending, standing on or jumping on the mattress. H) A mattress that on inspection by us is found to be stained or in an unsanitary condition. I) The mattress warranty shall become void if the goods are used for any commercial purpose or in any commercial environment. J) You will be responsible for returning the defective product to our warehouse and for the shipping of the repaired or replaced product when it is ready.
