If the products you have purchased are faulty we are happy to give you a full product exchange or full refund.
We accept Change of Mind, however customers need to ship the product back to us at their cost, the product must be in resell able condition and with original packaging. We will process a refund after inspecting the returned goods.
Simply contact us via your MyDeal account with your invoice number specifying what you are exchanging and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
