CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

1. The items are returned within 14 days of purchase;
2. The item is returned in saleable condition. That is the item is unused or unworn, in the original sealed packaging, tags attached, the item must not be broken or tampered with, the manual and accessories are included;
3. A valid original invoice must be presented; and

The item is not subject to the exclusions listed below.

OTHER RETURNS

1. You may be entitled to a refund if:
   a) The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
   b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
   c) The product does not match its sample or description.
   
   Our staff reserves the right to assess the item (in store and online returns) to determine whether a refund, repair or replacement can be offered in accordance with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
   
   Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for returns. If you wish to return an item back to us, you are required to pay for all associated shipping costs.

Exchange

Our staff will assess the item (in store and online purchase) to determine whether an exchange will be offered in accordance with our Sydney Tools Refunds and Exchange Policy. If the above conditions are not satisfied, a 15% restocking fee may be applicable.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for returns. If you wish to return an item back to us, you are required to pay for all associated shipping costs.

Warranty 

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.

The LD warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The MB warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by LD to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance)

Consumable components and accessories (such as pool diaphragm chains bicycle Chair  carry bags   batteries, hoses  grinding discs  mats  nets  belts  cables  cushions  wheels, blades, tubes, safety gear, bonus items, etc  are not covered by LD's standard warranty once used. Should your consumable component arrive with a manufacturer's fault please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
Warranties do not apply where items are resold/rented for the purpose of profit.
