The Reebok GX60 Cross Trainer has all the features you need for a varied and effective cardiovascular workout. The GX60 Cross Trainer offers great benefits to both your upper and lower body without the impact on joints, which you may experience with other fitness equipment. Alter the intensity of your workout through the use of the fixed or action handlebars by adjusting your body to pull the handles or push the footplates to activate your upper and lower body muscles.

A unique feature of the GX60 Cross Trainer is the self-generating power system which allows you to take your workout anywhere. Your motion powers every feature of the GX60 from the console through to the electronic resistance meaning you can get on and go without having to worry about a power source. Controlled through the large, bright LCD console are the 20 individual programmes, which make use of the 32 electronic resistance levels for a number of varied workouts.

The user profile programme allows you to track your progress through the LCD display screen, which also provides all the necessary user feedback options including speed, time, distance and calories burnt. The integrated hand and wireless pulse receivers also help you check your heart rate throughout your workout. The Reebok GX60 Cross Trainer has an excellent 15" stride length, non-slip adjustable footplates and a heavy 7kg flywheel to provide an ultra-smooth motion for every workout session.

To keep you working out for longer, the Reebok GX60 Cross Trainer includes a water bottle holder to help keep you hydrated and a built in phone/MP3 holder to keep you motivated to your favourite tracks.

Once plugged in and the batteries have been charged for 8 hours, you can remove the plug and charge up the GX60 simply through your own movement. Self-generating power means the cross trainer's features, from its console, heart rate sensors and programmable resistance, are all powered up by you exercising on the cross trainer. If the GX60 hasn't been used in some time, simply plug in the adaptor to charge the batteries back up again.
