About the Author
Sue Welch was formerly a Principal Lecturer and Course Leader in Childhood Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK and has lectured at the University of York St John, UK.
Phil Jones is Professor of Children's Rights and Wellbeing at UCL Institute of Education, University College London, UK. He has published a number of books and articles and has recently completed research for the Office of the Children's Commissioner for England on Children's Rights in Education.
