Only rolled it out a couple of times as it’s a new purchase but it is great…stops where you want it to and retracts well. A vast improvement on the Aqua System purchased from Bunnings a year ago.

The big problem with hose reels seems to be a failure of the return mechanism. This one works well, looks good and swivels - so you can put it flush with your wall. I bought two. Very happy.
