Scratched, stains, discoloration and damage caused by abuse or overheating are not covered by this warranty. Product presentation in the box was very nice what with a soft velvet touch to tje box exterior and each bundle wrapped in plastic with tje presentation set in gun metal grey presentation foam. The set out of the box are heavy and feel like quality with a very nice polish finish all over.
