Warranty Policy
All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Great value. Have also purchased sheet sets of the same make. Light and therefore easy to handle when just washed. Some 1000 way too heavy.

Love it!! I bought the oatmeal colour which goes well with a couple of my themes in my room, it is lovely and silky soft which was just what I wanted!! It zips up so it completely seals the quilt from my furbabies hair!! It's a generous size too, I'm really happy with my purchase thank you My Deal 🥰
