Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Lovely when installed.Its very heavy shelves and piping Pipes were assembled then realised they had to be unassembled and go through wood.Ours were through brickwork so professionally installed.

Really good looking shelves,let down by quite vague assembly instructions, but when you get them together they look really good
