We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I love this product. Easy to use and makes superb bread every time. Goes nice with kitchen appliances with its sleek stainless steel finish. I bought two more as gifts for my daughters! Wonderful to have the aroma of fresh homemade bread!

Great bread maker, we live off grid and the no power feature is great. Have had a lot of bread makers in ,20 years this is the best.
