The Ente plum, made famous by the Agen prune, is the foundation of our eau-de-vie, which is noted for its aroma, subtlety, and quality as a fantastic after-meal "digestif." This eau-de-bouquet, vie's as well as its natural woody colour, are enhanced by ageing in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years. Its outstanding quality has earned it top honours at agricultural competitions in Paris on a regular basis. A delicate prune note accompanies a slightly woody attack, making this a very round and unusual wine. The quality of this brandy has garnered it top honours at the Concours General Agricole in Paris on several occasions.
