Vacay Swimwear does not offer refunds for change of mind. They do however allow exchanges for a different size or print, provided all tags are still in tact. In this instance, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning goods.

Vacay Swimwear encourages customers to use a postal service that enables tracking. If you do not use a tracking service and we do not receive the goods you will not receive a liable exchange.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact us stating your order number in the subject line and we will organise a replacement.

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, we will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
