It has a serrated blade that slices seamlessly through meat, a notched blade for the bones and large comfortable handles for superior grip and precision. It is also spring loaded to assist with cutting and has a cap remover and nut/lobster cracker. This item is 24.5cm in length and has a safety lock for when not in use.
