This specialised stew pot combines Scanpan's signature non-stick Stratanium coating, a rounded base and generous depth to achieve standout results. Made in Denmark, the heavy duty, squeeze-cast aluminum body boasts a 7.5L capacity and has an extra thick base for superior heat conductivity, while the tough non-stick coating guarantees durability. The patented spring-lock handles stay cool during normal stovetop use, while the pan is also oven safe up to 260C. It's the perfect vessel for your signature dish.
