Made in Denmark using durable, squeeze-cast aluminium and Scanpan's exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating, heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan, while the risk of pesky stuck-on food residue is eliminated. Plus, it's suitable for the stovetop (excluding induction) and in the oven up to 260C, so you can sear meat before roasting and simmer a sumptuous gravy all in the same pan.
