The Scanpan CTX range of non-stick cookware features a five layer construction of stainless steel and pure aluminium, with a brushed stainless steel finish on the exterior, and a superior non-stick finish on the interior, for easy food release and cleanup. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction and in the oven up to 260C, this 20cm non-stick covered saucepan features a cast stainless steel handle and helper handle and is designed and made in Denmark. The pan comes with a tempered glass and satin polished stainless steel lid which allows you to monitor the progress of your cooking.
