Although this glass lid is designed to accompany the Scanpan Classic line it will work perfectly with any piece of Scanpan cookware of equivalent size except Scanpan Professional Range. Made from heavyduty tempered glass and equipped with a heatproof phenolic handle this tightfitting lid lets you see the food youre cooking is shatterresistant and is ovensafe to 260C.
