This ideal set comprises of a 10 cm Green Spectrum Utility Knife with a colour matching safety scabbard,  a 14 cm Blue Santoku Knife with a colour matching safety scabbard as well as a high quality Cutting Board.

Each of the Scanpan Spectrum Knives are made from a high quality carbon stainless steel that has been vibrantly covered in a non-stick coating which complies with US FDA requirements, which makes it incredibly easy to clean.  These Danish designed Knives feature a superb hollow ground cutting edge and a beautifully curved handle.  The handle is designed in SCANPAN’s new soft touch, and gives a soft and ultimate grip to cut a vast range of food ingredients. To protect both you and the knives when not in use, they include a practical, easy thumb push release scabbard.

The chopping board has a high density and non-porous surface is designed to not absorb food odours or product and will not dull your precious knives.
