This highdomed stainless steel lid puts the kibosh on evaporation and keeps your stirfrys hot. As you might imagine it fits Scanpans 38cm woks nicely to be precise the Scanpan Classic and Professional 38cm woks. Made from heavygauge 1810 stainless steel and polished to a mirrorfinish the lid is essential for maximising the versatility of your 38cm wok. Use it for steaming braising and to reduce splatter when deepfrying.
