If any item shows symptoms of operation failure, defectiveness or broken on arrival (Dead on Arrival, DOA, Products), Buyers should contact us within 7 days of receiving item, describing the issues, including pictures if possible.
If deemed DOA by us, full/partial refund or replacement of items may be given at both ours and buyer's discretion. Damages due to improper installation or negligence are not covered by Warranty. Buyer is responsible for any postage costs on returning items.
Returns Policy:
Any defect or manufacturing fault must be notified within 7 days of receiving item, describing the issues, including pictures.
Both parties must agree upon any returns or refunds before any are to be made final.
Refunds will only be complete upon receiving of returned item. Most deliveries require someone to be present to sign and accept the goods. If no-one is available at the designated time, delivery will be returned and another delivery fee will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
Returned items which are non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
