Shipping
All small to medium goods are shipped with Australia Post Parcel service, or various courier services Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday. Excluding weekends and public holidays. We aim to give you the best possible price for shipping. Large items are shipped ONLY Monday/Tuesday.
The standard shipping time frame within Australia is 4-14 business days.
If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to get it on its way as soon as possible. All items have tracking. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you to collect from your local Australia Post office.
We are proud to say that all items are shipped using recycled cartons and packing materials as much as possible, to limit our environmental impact. We source all packing materials locally to stop them from going to landfills.
We check all our goods before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged before we sell them. They are very well packed, especially glass and mirror items. But occasionally breakages happen along the way.
We do not ship outside Australia.
In case of damage in transit:
All items containing glass or mirrors must be inspected within 24 hours of arrival, and all damage present, faults or issues must be reported to the seller within 24 hours of the courier's delivery time stamp. Please send us a message through the MyDeal Ticket System.
After this 24-hour period, the transit insurance period is void. A transit insurance policy is passed directly onto the consumer/recipient of the goods. We are not able to make any claims outside of this 24-hour period for transit-related issues. Due to the nature of fragile goods containing glass/mirror materials.

Our products
Although careful measures are taken to ensure products are accurately described, we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. On rare occasions is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors at any time including after you have placed an order. Be aware that colours may vary slightly from images. Different display screens can also alter the colour.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available or offered on our website are error-free. Product sizing may vary by 5%.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods. This includes the cost of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us. A restocking fee may be applicable of 10% of the item value, inclusive of all costs and charges associated with the sale. Items returned must be in new condition and packaged securely in the original packaging.
Within 3 days of receiving your returned goods, subject to confirming it is in a new condition, a refund will be issued, less the shipping cost and any fees for using a credit card will apply.

Faults & Warranties
This does not cover minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, finish or minor imperfections.
All transit-related damage is required by the transit carrier within 24 hours of arrival. Please ensure to check all items on arrival for any damage.
If you're aware of the item being damaged on arrival, please refuse the parcel and request a return to the sender. Then contact us straight away, and we will issue a new product out if stock is available, in the case that the stock is no longer available, a refund will be offered/an alternative product.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products offered for sale on the MyDeal website are subject to varying manufacturer warranties. Please check the warranty for individual items. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please contact us with any specific questions please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim. Assessment is carried out by the seller not MyDeal and is at the discretion of the seller, not MyDeal. Third-party assessment may be required at the description of the seller, not MyDeal.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of our control. Acts of God, Government action, shipping strikes.
