Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement (if available) or refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your unopened order in their original packaging within the 30 days.

  • The 30 day guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product.
  • If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Return postage is payable by the customer.
  • There will a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
