Orders are shipped from our distribution centres located in Matraville NSW and West Melbourne, within 2 working days after full payment is received. Appleby & Co works with several carrier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service. These Include: Aramex Couriers, Toll, Direct Freight Express, Hunter Express and Couriers Please. Tracking information for your order will be available in your MyDeal order history usually within 72 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends). If you have a delivery query, in the first instance please make use of the tracking information on the carriers website. If you require additional support please reach out to our friendly customer service team through the MyDeal message system.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect or any Australia Post facilities. Some remote areas may not be serviced by our carriers, in this case you will be asked to collect the order from their nearest depot.

Change of mind returns - If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order you may do so by advising us in writing within 14 days of delivery with some exceptions (see below). We will ask you to provide a photo to show that your item is in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once confirmed we will work with you have a carrier collect the goods for return. 

A change of mind may include, but is not limited to, purchases where:

  • You chose the wrong colour/size/product

  • You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs

  • You do not like the product

  • Your personal opinion of the quality

  • Delivery was beyond the estimated date / arrived late

If you do not have the original packaging or your item has been opened and/or used we will not be able to accept your return. We do not refund outbound shipping costs and return shipping is at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend customers retain proof of lodgement and obtain transit cover where appropriate.

Exceptions: The following cannot be returned due to change of mind: Any Furniture that has been assembled or partly assembled and then disassembled, Health and Beauty products (EG Baby wipes, diapers, nappies, creams, etc). Products that are sold in a vacuum or blister pack (even if unopened), any item that is no longer in the original packaging or has been used and re-packed. If you are unable to provide a photo showing your item is brand new and unused we will not be able to accept your return. 

Any returns that are found to have been used or are not complete or in the original packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive your return and verify it's condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and a 20% re-stocking fee applies 

(Please note that return shipping must be via our designated carrier and we do not allow returns to be 'dropped off' at warehouse locations)

Transit Damage In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us in a timely manner via the myDeal message system and provide some images to show the nature of the damage to the product and the box if applicable. Where possible we will replace any damaged parts, if this is not possible we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product. 

Warranty Our products are covered by a statutory repair or replace warranty for domestic use. Some products come with a warranty card from the manufacturer and require that you register the product on their website to activate the warranty, we recommend that you do this wherever it applies. If your product develops a fault and you wish to make a warranty claim you may contact us via the MyDeal message system. Please provide a detailed explanation and images to show the issue and our team will provide advice on the claim process. Please note that products damaged by weather, misuse or that have been used in a commercial setting will not be covered under warranty.
