Your order will be despatched within 3 days from the date of purchase. We pick, pack & process orders from Wednesday to Sunday with daily Australia Post pick-ups arranged on Monday to Friday.

If you have an issue with your order or would like to return your order for a refund, please contact us so that we can assist you with the return or replacement process.

  • Return within 90 days of purchase to receive a refund (conditions apply)
  • Return postage charges will not be refunded on "change of mind" returns
  • Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened or unused.
  • Art Supplies and Home will not be liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

If at any time within the first 90 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
