Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This would occur if any item is not in its original condition or is damaged in anyway (including packaging /Gift Box)
Once return is received and inspected, we will notify you and approve either a full refund or partial refund.
All refunds will be less any out of pocket expenses occurred. The return shipping expense of product is at buyers cost.
