This product was what I was looking for however when it was delivered it was left half hanging out of the letterbox, so was very vulnerable to being stolen. My neighbour brought it in for me while I was at work. This really needs to be addressed as I had a Kindle delivered a few days later that was left ON TOP of my letterbox. NOT OK!!

Our warehouse is based in Sydney. All orders are send out next business day by courier or Australia Post. All our products have free standard shipping.
Return Policy
14 days return policy.
Faulty item: If an item is faulty, you can send us a photo for proof, or if the photo does not proof sufficient evidence you will need to return the item to us. We will replace the item or send a refund.
Change of mind: If you change your mind on a purchased item you may return the product and you may be illegible for a refund. Before you return you must inform us within 14 days after the product is received. A admin fee of $9 for postage will be deducted from the refund. But in most cases we happily exchange the product for you for an item you prefer at the same value.
There is a minimum of 1 year warranty on all our products. Some products may have a longer warranty, set out by the manufacturer.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
