We use Australia Post eParcel service as our preferred courier service provider.
DISPATCH OF ORDER
At Bondi Leather we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and dispatched on time. All orders placed before 1 pm AEST (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched same day. All orders placed after 1 pm AEST (Mon - Fri) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business days.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We send all our orders via Australia Post eParcel facility. Bondi Leather best endeavors to meet the delivery timeframe defined by Australia Post but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service. Where delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accepted the delivery, a card is generally left for you to collect the parcel from your local post office. Where an uncollected parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange an alternate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS IN TRANSIT
At Bondi Leather we take great care that our orders are packed securely so that you receive them in a perfect condition. If your item has been damaged in transit, we will replace your item upon receipt of the damaged goods to our warehouse. If an item is missing or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to trace your item. A replacement will be organised at our discretion if Australia Post fails to trace your missing item within reasonable timeframe.
Most of our products are made of full grain cow hide leather that are ethically sourced from Northern and Eastern India. The hallmark characteristics of our leather differentiates them from other types of leather due to their toughness and durability, yet soft and pliable. Our leather has an intact full-grain quality which are more breathable and does not retain moisture. Full grain leather is often regarded as the most authentic type of leather because it keeps all the texture from the original hide, thus making it unique, distinctive and exceptional.

At Bondi Leather, we understand that you may want to return a purchase. We want to make the return process as simple and easy as possible for you.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

REFUNDS

SHIPPING FEES

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
