After battling to unsuccessfully open a 15L container of liquid chlorine, I contacted the manufacturer. The suggestion was to buy a Chemical Drum Cap Spanner. I did some online research and found this one. I immediately ordered it, received it quickly and it is perfect for the job. I now have been able to open the container and pour some into a smaller container. Thank you, and even better, I will be saving money being able to buy the chlorine in bulk! This is now a welcome addition to my Tradie Lady kit
