Perfect for our entertainment level.... love the height.We are in the process of a new main kitchen and are now thinking we may even consider 3 of these there to have and dividing up our fruit and veg, drinks, condiments, meats etc So just to be clear, limited storage but perfect for us and if you expand on having multiple unigts in the main kitchen it becomes practical. So yeah pretty happy with this buy Cheers

We loved our first Billi so much that we didn't hesitate to replace (and upgrade to the sparkling) when it died after 8 years of constant use. I love the convenience. No need for water bottles to be refrigerated the night before, just fill up on the go. On saying that, it's a very expensive kettle and fridge substitute. Still getting the sparkling set up - it takes a few days. Not sure what I was expecting, but it's not quite like Soda Stream so not sure if this is good or bad.

Had a Blanco Sink in previous house. Granite so practical & love the new size. Takes large baking dishes with ease and has great sink accessories.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY.
Delivery Process: Delivery is to the door only. Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist the driver in unloading. Driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. Goods may be left without a signature if authorized.
Missed Deliveries: If not at home during delivery, a note with courier details will be left. Contact the freight company for collection or re-delivery. Additional surcharge for re-delivery.
Delivery times: Metro & Outer Areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-9 business days. Regional areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-12 business. Note: Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Out of Stock Products: We maintain a wide range of stock in multiple warehouses. If we can't fulfill your order within the promised time, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours with an updated ETA and recommend an alternative.
All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.
If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.
