  • Metro: 1-4 business days
  • Regional: 1-6 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers for order greater than 10kg or greater that 0.25 cubic meters.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
 
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received, inspected and agreed, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
 
Please note we accept returns under the following conditions:
  1. Postage is paid by the customer
  2. Please contact us to arrange for delivery details within 7 days of receipt to request your closest return shipping address.
  3. The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included.
  4. We may accept returns of item however must be in good condition, as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken). In addition, the product needs to be in a resalable condition and not damaged in any way; and returned within 30 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. You must arrange and pay for the items to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
  5. We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.
  6. Original receipt is required.
  7. In most cases a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials.
  8. Please note a change of mind returns are not accepted for any beekeeping hardware, pollen, beeswax, and honey-based products due to Australian Bio-hazards reasons.
 
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
