Change of Mind Policy: Returns for refund or exchange will only be accepted within ten (10) days after the customer has received the good and are subject to approval by CNP Brands. Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Return postage address is obtained by contacting our customer service team.

 

Warranty Policy: All of our products are covered under warranty for any manufacturing defects and/or damages. The warranty level is different for some of the brands, but most of our products fall under 12 or 24 months warranty cover.
