Gift giving is a lot of fun, especially because it can simply be out of the blue. You can show someone how you feel about them on their birthday and at Christmas and it’s also awesome when a gift is sent to a loved one unexpectedly.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with tracking from our Tasmanian Warehouse. CoolThings Australia’s goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For orders submitted before 12:00pm we will do our utmost best to dispatch on the same day.

Transit times from the date of dispatch are 5 to 10 working days for metro areas and slightly longer for regional centres.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy

If you need to return your order simply contact us and we’ll let you know what you need to do.

Returning an item to us is easy; just make sure the below points are met:

- Goods can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must be in absolute original condition and include all original packaging, tags, etc.

- We aim to process returns within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

You are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping for your item and liability will remain with you until we have received it at our warehouse.

CoolThings Australia recommends that you use a tracked service, retaining proof of postage and tracking number, to preserve your rights throughout the return process, just in case anything should happen during transit. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, CoolThings Australia reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.

Warranty

Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us with your order reference, invoice/receipt as well as a photograph and description of the defect. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
