Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Please contact mydeal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. With tags still attached.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer policies.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service via e-mail to let us know, send a photo of product with tag on and the description of the fault and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item - it is a super idea to contact us through mydeal to let us know what item you are after so that we can put it on hold for you, we do hold limited stock of items, so be quick. Please make a note of your order number and the particular style number in question. If we have it, we are happy to exchange. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
