We understand mistakes do happen, so we will assist you with a product return, our terms and conditions of return are as follows:-

Items must be returned no later than 30 days from the original date of purchase
All return items must be accompanied with our original order number
All returns must be in excellent condition and able for us to re-sell
All return postage is to be covered by the purchaser to return the item to us in Ormeau 4208 QLD, Australia.
You can either take an exchange or a refund less our restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price – no refunds of postage are offered
