Great customer service and support. The T500 is a huge step up for my distilling experience, I previously used a little air still. My first use was full of trepidation but it’s safe, it’s quick and it work’s absolutely perfectly. I only wish they included an alcometer rather than an alcohydrometer which obviously sunk to the bottom of my tube and I had no idea my dilution volume. Apart from that I love this still and definitely recommend it. The kit comes with everything needed to make a brew and flavour it 🥰love this!🥰

For standard delivery, please order by 16th December 2023 for possible delivery before Christmas. For Express Post, please order by 20th December 2023 for possible delivery before Christmas. Please note that delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.
Dispatch Closure
Our last working day before Christmas will be Thursday the 21st of December and we will reopen on Tuesday the 2nd of January. You can still place orders within these dates, however they will not be processed or dispatched until we reopen. As we reopen, please bear with us while we work through any backlog from our shut-down period. Customer service will remain available on the working days over the holiday period.
